CALL FOR EXHIBITORS
For the sixth year running, Explor Wendel Park is organising a flavours, flowers and handicrafts market. On Sunday, May 26, 2019, from 9am to 6pm, professionals and individuals will be there to greet the public on this day that focuses on highlighting local know-how.
A market set in the “Miners’ Cathedral”
The flavours, flowers and handicrafts market will be held in the washhouse of the Explor Wendel Park. A monumental building designed for sorting and washing coal, it has become a 1,500 m2 room dedicated to hosting various events. Its spectacular dimensions – with ceiling heights of up to ten metres – have earned it the name “Miners’ Cathedral” in the region.
On this occasion, producers will be able to present, exhibit, sell and showcase their products to the public.
In order to further diversify the day, the Museum is looking for partners offering the following:
- Bakery, pastries, chocolate, ice cream, jams
- Spirits and beer
- Fresh vegetables, meat and cheese
- Spices and seeds
- Flowers and plants
This list is not exhaustive and any other requests in line with the market theme will of course be considered.
